Terms of use for FlexiBite
Effective:
These terms govern your use of motionjoint.world and purchases of FlexiBite tactile meal rhythm products. By browsing the site or buying goods, you agree to these terms alongside policies linked in the footer.
Eligibility and studio conduct
You affirm that you have legal capacity to enter agreements in New Zealand or that a guardian approves purchases on your behalf. When visiting 103 Lake Road, Belmont, you agree to follow FlexiBite instructions about quiet arrival, footwear, and respectful behaviour toward neighbours.
Product descriptions and pricing
FlexiBite describes materials, dimensions, and care limits honestly. Prices appear in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise. FlexiBite may adjust prices when suppliers change, but confirmed orders lock the price shown at payment acceptance.
Orders acceptance and fulfilment
An order becomes binding when FlexiBite confirms availability and shares pickup or delivery details. FlexiBite may decline orders if stock runs out, if fraud risk appears, or if shipping to your region is not yet supported.
Payment and receipts
You agree to pay amounts invoiced at the time FlexiBite specifies. FlexiBite issues receipts required for GST documentation when applicable. If a payment reverses, FlexiBite may cancel the order and reallocate stock.
Pickup windows and missed pickups
Pickup appointments protect product quality and neighbour relations. If you miss a window without notice, FlexiBite may restock items after a reasonable holding period. FlexiBite will attempt to contact you using details provided.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, and photography on motionjoint.world belong to FlexiBite or licensors. You may share links to pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not scrape content, misrepresent affiliation, or reuse assets without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe security, or upload harmful code. Do not use FlexiBite communication channels to harass staff or send unrelated promotions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, FlexiBite liability for any claim relating to products or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or twenty New Zealand dollars if no purchase occurred. FlexiBite is not liable for indirect losses such as lost time or subjective stress except where law forbids such exclusion.
Warranties
New Zealand consumer guarantees may apply to goods FlexiBite supplies. These terms do not exclude those guarantees. Additional voluntary promises appear in product care sections and the return policy.
Force majeure
FlexiBite is not liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, supply shortages, or infrastructure failures. FlexiBite will communicate revised timing when practical.
Governing law
These terms follow laws of New Zealand. Courts in Auckland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, yet you may also use local tribunals where consumer law allows.
Changes
FlexiBite may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance unless law requires explicit consent for specific changes.
Severability
If any clause is held invalid, remaining provisions stay enforceable to the fullest extent. FlexiBite replaces invalid clauses with valid language closest to the original intent.
Assignment
FlexiBite may assign agreements to a successor entity that continues product quality commitments. You may not assign rights without FlexiBite written consent.
Dispute conversation first
Before formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through the contact desk. Many product questions resolve once FlexiBite explains materials or offers a replacement.
